Straplock and Hanger Cover

What is a Straplock?

During the seventies, music accessory manufacturers began to create devices which would prevent a guitar strap
from slipping-off its buttons. Twenty-something years later, we still make the original.

Where can you get them?

Retail music stores worldwide sell Straplocks in any quantity. They are displayed twelve per card, in black,
brown and tan colors. Retailers

The Banstand is the only manufacture of the original Straplock device. You might see our little, leather gizmo
hanging on a card display featuring the Straplock logo in any musical equipment store worldwide.

Hanger Cover is our other product. They are soft leather covers for guitar "hooks" which many retail stores
use to hang guitars for display on pegboard walls. When using this type of display, Hanger Covers prevent
guitar headstock finishes from becoming chipped, or blemished.
