Mission Statement

Bandstand has served musicians as well as businesses, schools, churches, and other institutions in the West Tennessee area for over twenty five years. Our goal has always been to support the efforts of our customers by offering the best value we find available in reliable, serviceable, new and used musical equipment. The products we recommend and the quality of our services are based upon years of experience, along with the sincere desire to reach our business goals fairly and honestly. And, of course, a reasonable profit is the only way to keep the doors open for business!

We also manufacture the original Straplock device. You might see our little, leather gizmo hanging on a card display featuring the Straplock logo in any musical equipment store worldwide.

Hanger Cover is our other product. They are soft leather covers for guitar "hooks" which many retail stores use to hang guitars for display on pegboard walls. When using this type of display, Hanger Covers prevent guitar headstock finishes from becoming chipped, or blemished.

Directions to the Store

If you travel between Memphis and Nashville, TN on Interstate 40, stop and visit us in Jackson, Tennessee. The Bandstand is a musical equipment store which is located about three miles north of Interstate 40, off Exit 80. We sell and service a variety of electronic and acoustic musical equipment, and specialize in sound equipment sales, installation, and support.
 

Driving Directions from Interstate 40:

From Exit 80, drive north on Highway 45 Bypass until you reach Old Humboldt Road (the third traffic light you meet along the way). Turn right on Old Humboldt Road; drive one block, then turn right again --into North Star Park. The new store is about three tenths of a mile down the street, on the left.
